Booking Information

Classes must be booked and paid for in advance to secure your place. If you’re a new joiner, please get in touch via email or text message for full details on how to get started.

Before attending your first class, you’ll need to complete a pre‑exercise questionnaire to ensure you can participate safely and comfortably.
